Hive Music festival week #76 round 1: Juan Luis Guerra - Burbujas de amor (cover) [ENG/ESP]

Hola! Como estás? Bienvenido o bienvenida a un nuevo post musical, esta vez para la semana número 76 del hive Music festival. Ya un nuevo ciclo de tres rondas ha comenzado, tal como las fases lunares, el ciclo va transcurriendo y más música se va manifestando. Estoy agradecido de estar aquí y de poder disfrutar de la música que hacen mis colegas, es algo sumamente nutritivo para mí espíritu.

Para esta oportunidad me he salido un poco de lo habitual, decidí traer una canción de un estilo que no suelo tocar, no se que género es exactamente Juan Luis Guerra, pero creo que es algo mas cercano al género latino y bailable. Juan Luis Guerra es uno de los artistas preferidos de mi madre, y ella solía escucharlo mucho obviamente cuando era niño. Recuerdo que sus canciones me gustaban bastante, eran alegres y con letras muy buenas, de hecho, no sé porque nunca se me ocurrió tocar una canción del artista en cuestión, se me ocurrió fue gracias a un día de estos, donde estábamos haciendo, mi madre y yo, un pasticho; nos reuníamos para hacer algo diferente de comer y mi mamá puso esta canción que hoy traigo, así que dije, "voy a tocarla para Hive".

La canción habla básicamente de amor, refiriéndose a el como un pez y a ella como una pecera, bueno, realmente creo que la canción habla de él haciéndole sexo oral a ella, pero fijate la manera tan dulce y poética en la que juan Luis se refiere a eso, no de forma vulgar y explícita, si no de forma tierna y hermosa, tanto así que podemos interpretar la canción de distintas formas. La pasión y la sexualidad son aspectos maravillosos y normales en el ser humano, no tienen nada de malo, pero no se, es mejor darles poesía a esos aspectos.

For this opportunity I have gone a little out of the usual, I decided to bring a song of a style that I do not usually play, I do not know what genre is exactly Juan Luis Guerra, but I think it's something closer to the Latin and danceable genre. Juan Luis Guerra is one of my mother's favorite artists, and she used to listen to him a lot obviously when I was a kid. I remember that I liked his songs quite a lot, they were cheerful and with very good lyrics, in fact, I don't know why it never occurred to me to play a song of the artist in question, it occurred to me was thanks to one of these days, where we were making, my mother and I, a pasticho; we were getting together to do something different to eat and my mom played this song that I bring today, so I said, "I'm going to play it for Hive".

The song basically talks about love, referring to him as a fish and her as a fishbowl, well, I really think the song talks about him giving her oral sex, but look at the sweet and poetic way in which Juan Luis refers to it, not in a vulgar and explicit way, but in a tender and beautiful way, so much so that we can interpret the song in different ways. Passion and sexuality are wonderful and normal aspects of human beings, there is nothing wrong with them, but I don't know, it is better to give poetry to those aspects.
