Juan: amor que transforma [ESP-ENG]

La vida te invita a pasar por procesos transformadores que alimenten la mente, el cuerpo y el alma. ¿Cómo reconocer la transformación? La conciencia permite observar y aceptar los errores acerca de la evolución integral; también reflexionar intrínsecamente para luego servir al otro; de igual forma, comprender quién eres y lo que falta por descubrir, es un ejercicio perceptivo sorprendente, te hace sensitivo durante las experiencias, esos cambios suman y son relevantes para edificar el ser. Dicho esto, el 21 de marzo es una fecha sobre la conciencia de personas con un cromosoma extra que le da sentido amoroso a la vida. Las siguientes palabras registran una página personal de transformación cuando conocí a un ser que vibra desde el amor, lo cual es valioso crecer con quienes te proporcionan afecto puro para avanzar sirviendo en comunión.

Hace un año, aquí en Buenos Aires, Argentina, logré el primer empleo en mi área profesional. Por fin, nadar en aguas conocidas, tener seguridad de mis conocimientos, mis capacidades, mi didáctica y mi estado sensible para apoyar a niños con necesidades especiales en el proceso de consolidar aprendizajes. Sin embargo, la vida me colocó en el mejor escenario para formar una parte de mí que aún necesitaba refuerzo; hice conexión con un ser llamado Juan Sebastián Ayala, un niño con Síndrome de Down, de energía alta, que me ayuda a internalizar mi estado emocional y espiritual.

Juan es un niño pequeño con bondad infinita, él consuela a otros porque siente el dolor y la tristeza; su alma calma a través de actos cariñosos. Abrazos gigantes a los amigos que estima por amor y agradecimiento, es una persona feliz y noble que enseña el valor del respeto. Un ser con sonrisa encantadora que a muchos derrite, pero más allá de eso es sanadora; él vino a fortalecer el amor en la familia y a enseñarles el compromiso de trabajar en equipo. Es así como percibo a Juan desde una mirada subjetiva y objetiva, él me transformó, potenció la creatividad profesional en buscar las mejores estrategias para aprender a superar las dificultades desde sus fortalezas que le lleven apropiase del saber. Resulta que, la satisfacción queda distante del propósito de Juan en la humanidad, él transmite la sensibilidad al vivir la experiencia diferente, es decir, sincera ante todo y creyendo en el otro.

Juan celebra cada aventura, su sonrisa lo delata, festeja y me contagia; me recuerda que el enojo bloquea el horizonte; la interacción me lleva a vibrar al unísono para desaparecer la ansiedad, pues usa la ternura de su rostro y manos. Juan está ahí para rememorar que todo pasará, solo hay que esperar. Los segundos pueden detenerse, pero él tiene el poder de acelerar el momento con expresiones que te hacen reír; a veces Juan no desea cumplir deberes, ¿quién no? Sin embargo, él asume, cumple y festeja, mientras que muchos abandonan, por eso para mí es inspirador continuar cada reto. Los días difíciles que atravesé sobre la salud de mi madre, los resistí por Juan, sus dedos para levantarme, abrazos de oso o jugar conmigo lograba el cambio emocional, sentía optimismo y aceptación.

Como no agradecer al universo de la jugada perfecta del encuentro humanitario con Juan, un ser de luz receptivo, olvida las quejas, ama, brinda apoyo incondicional y aprende con buena actitud. El amor es la sabiduría que motiva, lo afirmo porque Juan vino a mi vida a decirme con su práctica sensible intangible que el proceso amor permite cambios profundos; el amor impulsa la transformación del ser, es necesario comprender la realidad para ser feliz conociendo, es un acto constante amar el momento.

Gracias, Juan, porque el amor rompe con pensamientos superficiales para agradecer con una sonrisa y dar connotación a la experiencia.

Life invites you to go through fundamental transformational processes that nourish the mind, body and soul. How to recognize transformation? Consciousness allows you to observe and accept mistakes about integral evolution; also to reflect intrinsically to then serve the other; likewise, understanding who you are and what is yet to be discovered, is an amazing perceptive exercise, it makes you sensitive during experiences, those changes add up and are relevant to edify the self. A year ago, here in Buenos Aires, Argentina, I got my first job in my professional area. Finally, to swim in familiar waters, to be sure of my knowledge, my abilities, my didactics and my sensitive state to support children with special needs in the process of consolidating learning. However, life placed me in the best scenario to form a part of me that still needed reinforcement; I managed to make a connection with a being named Juan Sebastian Ayala, a child with Down Syndrome, high energy, which helps me to internalize my emotional and spiritual state.

Juan is a little boy with infinite kindness, he comforts others because he feels pain and sadness; his soul calms through loving acts. He gives giant hugs to the friends he cherishes out of love and gratitude, he is a happy and noble person who teaches the value of respect. A being with a charming smile that melts many, but beyond that a healing one; he came to strengthen the love in the family and to teach them the commitment to work as a team. This is how I perceive Juan from a subjective and objective point of view, he transformed me, he enhanced the professional creativity in finding the best strategies to learn to overcome the difficulties from his strengths that lead him to appropriate the knowledge. It turns out that satisfaction is distant from Juan's purpose in humanity, he transmits the sensitivity to live the experience differently, that is to say, sincere above all and believing in the other.

Juan celebrates every adventure, his smile gives him away, he celebrates and infects me; he reminds me that anger blocks the horizon; the interaction leads me to vibrate in unison in order to disappear anxiety, because he uses the tenderness of his face and hands. Juan is there to remind me that everything will pass, we just have to wait. The seconds may stop, but he has the power to accelerate the moment with expressions that make you laugh; sometimes Juan does not want to fulfill duties, who doesn't? Yet he takes on, fulfills and celebrates, while many quit, so for me, it is inspiring to continue each challenge. The difficult days I went through about my mother's health, I resisted them because of Juan, his fingers to lift me up, bear hugs or playing with me achieved the emotional change, I felt optimism and acceptance.

How not to thank the universe for the perfect play of the humanitarian encounter with Juan, a receptive being of light, who forgets complaints, loves, gives unconditional support and learns with a good attitude. Love is the wisdom that motivates, I affirm it because Juan came to my life to tell me with his intangible sensitive practice that the process of love allows deep changes; love drives the transformation of being, it is necessary to understand reality to be happy knowing, it is a constant act.
