Con mucho cariño les traigo este maravilloso resumen de todo mi entrenamiento del dia de ayer ya que fue algo muy inesperado no pensé hacer este versus fue muy interesante ya que es un gran atleta que ha llegado a obtener un gran nivel. Creo que fue hace poco cuando lo entrenaba y me motiva mucho ver que haya llegado lejos y poder ver qué siempre está dándolo todo. Estos versus me motivan mucho y son muy buenos para que los atletas se acostumbren a la presión y se concentren más en el versus para que ganen confianza y experiencia. Me gusta mucho hacer versus con mis compañeros porque he visto crecer a estos chicos y es algo muy increíble ver el nivel que han alcanzado y es algo que me llena de mucha alegría.
With much affection I bring you this wonderful summary of all my training yesterday as it was something very unexpected I did not think to do this versus was very interesting as it is a great athlete who has come to get a great level. I think it was a short time ago when I was training him and it motivates me a lot to see that he has come far and to be able to see that he is always giving his best. These versus motivate me a lot and are very good for the athletes to get used to the pressure and focus more on the versus to gain confidence and experience. I really enjoy doing versus with my teammates because I have seen these guys grow and it is something very incredible to see the level they have reached and it is something that fills me with a lot of joy.
Espero que les guste nuestro nivel y potencial de los atletas del estado Apure y no solo de Apure sino del equipo @SWC aquí en San Fernando de Apure llevamos el Street Workout a otro nivel hubo mucha motivación en mi parque de entrenamiento dando todo como siempre gracias al apoyo de mi compañero de entrenamiento. Disfrute mucho hacer este versus con mi compañero @bertnez ya que el fue mi alumno y me motiva ver hasta donde ha llegado con mucho cariño para ustedes amigos de #SWC.
I hope you like our level and potential of the athletes of the state of Apure and not only of Apure but of the @SWC team here in San Fernando de Apure we took the Street Workout to another level there was a lot of motivation in my training park giving everything as always thanks to the support of my training partner. I really enjoyed doing this versus with my partner @bertnez since he was my student and it motivates me to see how far he has come with much affection for you friends of #SWC.
