    Hola Guerreros de @fulldeportes Feliz navidad para todos, espero que sigan disfrutando de estas fiestas geniales, para compartir en familia y disfrutar de alguna comida de esas sabrosas de la época, ya luego de pasar unas hallacas con todo el plato navideño y el recalentado, hay que retomar nuestro habitual entrenamiento, así que les dejo esta rutina que hice hoy a retomar con todo, recuerda que Navidad es una época del año, pero la salud se cuida todos los días y el ejercicio es, sin duda alguna parte fundamental de nuestra salud, por eso les quiero dejar esta rutina 5X5 y les explico como va esto 💪🔥

    Hello Warriors of @fulldeportes Merry Christmas to all, I hope you continue to enjoy these great holidays, to share with family and enjoy some of those tasty food of the season, and after spending some hallacas with all the Christmas dish and reheated, we must resume our usual training, so I leave you this routine I did today to resume with everything, remember that Christmas is a time of year, but health is taken care of every day and exercise is undoubtedly a fundamental part of our health, so I want to leave this routine 5X5 and I explain how this goes 💪🔥


    Son 5 ejercicios diferentes, en los que vamos a realizar 5 Rondas de diferentes repeticiones en ascenso, de la siguiente forma, 10-12-14-16-18 a medida que van avanzando las rondas se eleva la dificultad porque vamos sumando de 2 en 2 repeticiones, tomate 1 minuto para descansar entre rondas y haz el ejercicio en el tiempo que te tome, no hay presiones de nada para esto, como siempre, lo que realmente importa acá es la ejecución correcta del mismo, así que vamos con todo con esta rutina para quemar unas calorías extras💪🔥

    They are 5 different exercises, in which we will perform 5 Rounds of different repetitions in ascent, as follows, 10-12-14-16-18 as the rounds progress the difficulty rises because we are adding 2 in 2 repetitions, take 1 minute to rest between rounds and do the exercise in the time it takes you, there is no pressure of anything for this, as always, what really matters here is the correct execution of it, so let's go all out with this routine to burn a few extra calories💪🔥
