    Hola Guerreros de @fulldeportes espero que estén compartiendo con sus seres queridos en estas fiestas y la pasen super bien, yo paso por acá compartiendoles una rutina navideña, Resistencia 100 para elevar el nivel y hacer unas 100 repeticiones de cada uno de los 5 ejercicios de esta rutina haciendo este formato, son 20 repeticiones de cada ejercicio para completar 100 entre los 5 ejercicios y al hacer 5 repeticiones son 500 repeticiones en total, lo genial de todo es que parece un número gigante, pero cuando alternas los ejercicios, la resistencia es mayor 💪🔥

    El nombre de la rutina va de resistir hasta completar todas las rondas de 100 repeticiones y asi lograr mejorar nuestra resistencia, obviamente como siempre la técnica y la respiración es fundamental para comoletar esta rutina, la clave como siempre les comento, no está en hacerlo rápido, sino en terminar la rutina y lograrás romper una barrera más importante que la física y es la mental, las limitaciones que te dicen que como vas a lograr 100 repeticiones? Es imposible y 500 menos, eso es brutal como luego de hacerlo, entiendes que los límites siempre son auto impuestos, así que a romper esa barrera y atrevete con esta rutina de Resistencia al 100 💪🔥
