    Iniciamos una gran semana mis amigos de @fulldeportes y yo les quiero compartir un mensaje para romper un mito, ya que mucha gente en mis 15 años de experiencia como coach de bienestar, he visto de todo, pero sin duda alguna lo que más me llama la atención esver como algunas personas inician en el gym, una dieta, un curso o un plan de mejorar su rendimiento físico y cuando un día no les sale del todo bien ya quieren renunciar y terminan fallando en el plan, porque realmente creen que todo debe ser perfecto y nada más lejos de la realidad 🤯

    Imaginate que ves un video de tu proceso, con el que ganaste unos 10 kilos de peso digamos en 5 años, realmente crees que verás un desastre todos los días por 5 años? Lo dudo, la vida no funciona así, los planes son para seguirlos, pero existen cosas que estan fuera de nuestro alcance y debes aceptarlas, ni modo, tu enfoque debe estar en el plan, pero entender que pueden pasar situaciones que te hagan desviarte, son cosas que pueden pasar siempre, la idea es que si fallas, retomes nuevamente tu plan y tengas consistencia en tu plan, ahí si debes enfocarte y nunca fallar en la consistencia, no importa si te desvías, regresas y punto, no va a ser perfecto, nada lo es, así que continúa, hoy quise hacer 99 Burpees y me equivoqué hice 100 🤣 mañana arrancan las 3 cifras, seguimos activos💪
