    Hola Guerreros de @fulldeportes llegamos al fin de semana y generalmente mis rutinas de viernes son algo suave, ya que el cumulo de los días se siente en el cuerpo y hoy quise hacer algo de cardio extremo con estos ejercicios que ya les he compartido, cuando trabajamos cardio de forma extrema tenemos que entender que debemos hacer un uso eficiente de nuestro oxigeno, por eso es importante saber respirar y coordinar los movimientos, ya que el objetivo es mejorar y ampliar nuestra capacidad cardio respiratoria, así que ve a tu ritmo que esta rutina está poderosa 💪💥

    Toma en cuenta que las repeticiones van en aumento y son 10 Rondas, así que ve a tu propio ritmo, empezando con 10 patadas frontales haciendo un trabajo en el abdomen, hombros y piernas, luego pasamos a 15 elevaciones de pies para trabajar el Core, seguimos con 20 Animal Flow y 100 Saltos de cuerda, si no tienes cuerda no te preocupes, haz 100 saltos de tijera, luego de terminar esta ronda descansas 30 segundos y repites 9 veces más, creeme que tus pulsaciones se irán al cielo, si ves que no puedes las 10, haz 5 y ponte como objetivo completar las 100 y te prometo que será genial 💪🥵con esto me despido amigos, espero que les guste esta rutina, bendiciones a todos 😁
