    Feliz inicio de semana mis Guerreros de @fulldeportes, esta semana la iniciamos con las pilas al 100% con esta rutin que les dejo por acá, la que llamo de Alta Tensión y en la que utilizamos una cuerda para saltar, ya que vamos a ir alternando los saltos con diferentes ejercicios, así que vamos a ponernos las pilas al 100% y prepararnos para esta rutina que grabé, en la pista de Atletismo del polideportivo de Maturín, sin duda alguna de mis lugares favoritos para entrenar al aire libre y bajo el sol, este día fué genial con ese cielo azúl 💪

    Happy start of the week my Warriors of @fulldeportes, this week we start with 100% batteries with this routine that I leave here, which I call High Tension and in which we use a jump rope, as we will be alternating the jumps with different exercises, so let's get the batteries to 100% and prepare for this routine that I recorded, in the athletics track of the sports center of Maturin, undoubtedly one of my favorite places to train outdoors and in the sun, this day was great with that blue sky 💪.


    La Rutina es Simple, tienes ambas opciones, para los mas avanzados y los que aún no dominan los movimientos avanzados, son los Saltos de cuerda, siempre, antes del Ejercicio, es decir 50 Double Under + 10 Repeticiones del Primer ejercicio que son las flexiones con salto de rana, luego 50 Double Under y 10 repeticiones del siguiente y así hasta completar todos los ejercicios, nos tomamos 1 minuto de descanso ya que estaremos exigidos y luego hacemos 5 Rondas, esta es una Rutina de Alta exigencia, no es para principiantes, así que a ponerse los patines y darle el 100% en esto 💪🔥

    The routine is simple, you have both options, for the more advanced and those who have not yet mastered the advanced movements, are the jump rope, always, before the exercise, ie 50 Double Under + 10 repetitions of the first exercise which are the push-ups with jump frog, then 50 Double Under and 10 repetitions of the next one and so on until completing all the exercises, we take 1 minute of rest as we will be demanding and then we do 5 Rounds, this is a High Demanding Routine, it is not for beginners, so put on your skates and give it 100% in this 💪🔥.
