Como primer tutorial traigo con ustedes el 90 grados un ejercicio fundamental y vistoso en las rutinas tanto de empuje como para plancha, este movimiento consiste en mantener una posición paralela al piso dejando nuestro cuerpo completamente extendido simulando una plancha, pero con los codos flexionados dejando todo nuestro peso en los hombros formando un ángulo de 90 grados. Actualmente existen algunas que otras variantes y progresiones para lograrlo, pero a continuación mostrare los 4 ejercicios más importantes.
