Si han seguido mi blog de Hive, verán que he estado compartiendo publicaciones escritas y en video acerca de Tenerife, especialmente sobre la exploración y recorrido de sitios especiales de la isla. Nunca pensé que Hive me llevaría a dedicar mi blog a contenido relacionado a viajes, o incluso a fotografía, en cierto sentido. En este video, les mostraré como fue la travesía desde mi país, Venezuela, hasta España, específicamente la más grande de las Islas Canarias, Tenerife.

Han pasado ya varios meses desde que pisé tierra en Venezuela, y estando aquí en otras tierras he podido reflexionar y apreciar aún más las bellezas de nuestro país, las cuales tuve la fortuna de conocer, o al menos algunas de ellas. Actualmente, me encuentro en una isla que se puede recorrer de un extremo a otro en menos de 2 o 3 horas, la cual posee una buena cantidad de paisajes maravillosos en toda su extensión. Es por ello que el gran tamaño de Venezuela, sumado a otros factores, hacen que sea más difícil poder disfrutar de una visita al Salto Ángel o de las hermosas playas de Mochima.

Ahora, me encuentro en Tenerife, una isla muy especial con fuertes conexiones con Venezuela y Latinoamérica, y aunque no es mi país natal, se parece mucho. Este viaje ha sido la oportunidad de explorar nuevas tierras, y poder ver desde otra perspectiva el mundo. Al final del video les muestro un par de tomas en las escaleras de acceso a la Playa Benijo, una hermosa playa exótica y remota, ubicada casi en lo más al norte de la isla, detrás de las montañas de Anaga. Es un adelanto de uno de mis próximos videos de Tenerife en 3Speak, explorando una de las playas más icónicas de la isla por sus vistas que recuerdan a Game of Thrones (Juego de Tronos).

If you've been following my Hive blog, you'll see that I've been sharing written and video posts about Tenerife, especially about exploring and touring special sites on the island. I never thought that Hive would lead me to dedicate my blog to travel-related content, or even photography, for that matter. In this video, I will show you the journey from my country, Venezuela, to Spain, specifically the largest of the Canary Islands, Tenerife.

It has been several months since I set foot on land in Venezuela, and being here in other lands I have been able to reflect and appreciate even more the beauties of our country, which I was fortunate to know, or at least some of them. Currently, I am on an island that can be traveled from one end to the other in less than 2 or 3 hours, which has a good amount of wonderful landscapes throughout its length. That is why the large size of Venezuela, added to other factors, makes it more difficult to enjoy a visit to Angel Falls or the beautiful beaches of Mochima.

But now I find myself in Tenerife, an extraordinary island with strong connections to Venezuela and Latin America, and although it is not my country, it is very similar. This trip has been the opportunity to explore new lands and to see the world from another perspective. At the end of the video I show you a couple of shots of the access stairs to Playa Benijo, a beautiful exotic and remote beach located almost at the island's northernmost point, behind the Anaga Mountains. This is a preview of one of my upcoming Tenerife videos on 3Speak, exploring one of the most iconic beaches on the island for its views reminiscent of Game of Thrones.
