         ¡Hola a todos! El día viernes 19 de abril fue Feriado en Venezuela, y trabajé mediodía. De manera que, tuve libre la tarde y acepté la invitación de mi amigo @dev.logs para entrenar en un gimnasio ubicado cerca de su casa que es la terraza de una casa, con un ambiente al aire libre e implementos de calistenia y algunas pesas, un lugar muy accesible para quienes viven cerca y desean mantener sus condiciones físicas sin tener que alejarse mucho. Estos espacios sonn buenos ya que al estar cerca de tu casa, te garantiza que puedes ir fácilmente sin problemas y esto apoya mucho que seamos consecuentes en el tiempo.

    ! [english version]Hello everybody! Friday April 19th was a holiday in Venezuela, and I worked midday. So, I had the afternoon free and I accepted the invitation of my friend @dev.logs to train in a gym located near his house, which is the terrace of a house, with an outdoor environment and calisthenics equipment and some weights, a very accessible place for those who live nearby and want to maintain their physical conditions without having to go far away. These spaces are good because being close to your home, it guarantees that you can go easily without problems and this supports a lot that we are consistent in time.

                  The workout I did was Upper Body, focused on back and biceps, and the routine was designed by @doriannitzb. Evaluating my performance I could notice that I have improved my strength with respect to the Calisthenics, especially the pull-ups, which have cost me a lot, I can already do 5 reps, so I'm doing well, I still want to improve them and be able to do Pull-ups with Weights. In this routine there was a lot of work with resistance bands, in the video you can't see all of it, but there were more pull-ups and I did them with a medium resistance band, the one I have is the strongest band and it helps a lot. I felt more the work with the medium resistance band because it helps me very little and I have to put more of my work into it.

          El entrenamiento que realicé fue de Tren Superior, enfocado en espalda y bíceps, y la rutina la diseñó @doriannitzb. Evaluando mi desempeño pude notar que he mejorado mi fuerza con respecto a la Calistenia, más que todo las dominadas, que me han costado bastante, ya puedo realizar 5 repeticiones, así que voy bien, todavía quiero mejorarlas y poder hacer Dominadas con Lastre. En esta rutina hubo mucho trabajo con Ligas de Resistencia, en el video no se aprecia todo, pero si hubo más dominadas y las realicé con una liga de resistencia media,la que tengo es la liga que es más fuerte y ayuda muchísimo. Se sintió más el trabajo con la liga de resistencia media porque me ayuda muy poco y debo poner más de mi trabajo.
