Un ejercicios muy conocido en Crossfit. Es un poco díficil al principio, pero lo lográras con mucha práctica y dedicación.
A mi me costó, pero practicandolo un poco varios días, me salió el movimiento.

En este ejercicio trabajas glúteos, isquiotibiales, cuádriceps y las pantorillas, aparte que es un ejercicio que demanda mucha movilidad y dominio de tu peso corporal, y casi se me olvida EQUILIBRIO
