Today we are going to hit the chest and the 6 pack with this Chest & Abs workout! Be honest, the 6 pack and the pectorals are the first thing that a people see when they look at your body, so why don't maximize the look?
This workout is not easy, but with a bit of effort, i bet you can do it!
Don't do this workout every day, do it every other day instead, because your body and muscles need to recover.
Keep in mind that if you want to build muscles, you need to eat enough calories and protein.. but at the same time, keep in mind that with a low percentage of bodyfat you look much bigger.. so it's up to you to choose if you want to bulk or cut.
