All individuals have different attitudes about their health. Some people make their health good by doing physical work. Some people try to keep their health good by walking in the park, jogging in the morning, besides doing yoga meditation exercises etc. How do you schedule time for your health? How much time you spend for your health depends on our day-to-day routine. If we spend only 1 hour out of 24 hours for our health then we can definitely lead a healthy life. Whether there is no difficult goal depends only on our mindset.
