Mi concejo con estas posturas es que se cuiden de:
Sin mas que agregar, como los deltoides no son músculos tan grande, los pesos para trabajar pueden ser relativamente menor, esto nos da un rango amplio para usar otro objetos de uso comun, o los amigos que cuentan con una pesa, (Saludos mi bro :) ) también pudieran ejecutarlos tranquilamente, de hecho mi intención hoy fue hacerlo con 1 pesa para buscar la motivación de quien me pueda ver, sin mucho mas que agregar, me despido deseándoles un excelente día, yo ha entrenar!!!
