    Hola gente de Street Workout Community Soy @mixi-sw. El día de hoy voy a mostrarles una rutina para plancha; esta te ayudará a obtener fuerza y resistencia en los hombros (más resistencia si se trata de ejecutar cada ejercicio con el menor tiempo de descanso) de manera progresiva y de acuerdo a la constancia con que puedas repetir esta rutina.
    Hi people of Street Workout Community I am @mixi-sw. Today I am going to show you a planche routine; it will help you to obtain strength and resistence in your shoulders (more resistence if you try to execute each exercise with the shortest rest time) in a progressive way and according to the constancy with which you can repeat this routine.

    En el Street Workout encontramos el estático de fuerza llamado ''Full planche'', y como estático de progresión a la Full Planche, tenemos la ''Straddle planche''; estáticos que se diferencian porque varía la apertura de las piernas en su ejecución. Si bien este dato, podría considerarse superfluo, que solo te puede ser de ayuda a la hora de diferenciar un estático de otro, también se podría decir que dependiendo de si hay mayor apertura en las piernas su dificultad puede disminuir a comparación con tener una apertura nula. Lo que es primordial, es poseer la fuerza de hombros que se requiere para ejecutar ambos estáticos.
    In the Street Workout we find the static of strength called ''Full planche'', and as static of progression to the Full Planche, we have the ''Straddle planche''; static that are differentiated because the opening of the legs varies in its execution. Although this information could be considered superfluous, which can only be of help when it comes to differentiate one static from another, it could also be said that depending on whether there is greater opening in the legs its difficulty may decrease compared to having a null opening. What is paramount is to have the shoulder strength required to execute both statics.

    • 4x10" - Aguante de lean (agarre supino)
    • 4x15 - Flexiones declinadas

    • +3x8" - Lean planche hold
    • 4x5 - Handstand push-ups (asisted)
    • 4x10" - Lean planche hold (supine grip)
    • 4x15 - Declined push-ups
