La verdad, he entrenado abdomen estos últimos días para prepararme y tener mejor resistencia a la hora de ejecutar la plancha abdominal, me he preparado un poco, estoy muy contento porque la última vez fueron 2:28 y en esta oportunidad pude aguantar 3:05 mejorando mi aguante un poco más de 30 segundos. Para La próxima intentaré conseguir los 4 minutos, va a estar fuerte, pero sí se puede.
The truth is that I have been training my abdomen these last days to prepare myself and to have better resistance when performing the abdominal plank, I have prepared myself a little bit, I am very happy because last time it was 2:28 and this time I was able to hold 3:05 improving my endurance a little more than 30 seconds.
