Últimamente, siento que me he estancado en los entrenamientos, a veces no puedo hacer los ejercicios que antes podía ejecutar tranquilamente. Los dinámicos me están fallando porque últimamente la barra no ha tenido agarre, pero igual se hace un poco de freestyle.
Lately, I feel that I have stagnated in the workouts, sometimes I can't do the exercises that I used to be able to execute calmly. The dynamic ones are failing me because lately the bar has not been grippy, but I still do a little freestyle.
El día de hoy practique el supra 540 e hice plancha con press y un poco de front lever combinado con algo de dinámicos para ir agarrando más resistencia.
Today I practiced the supra 540 and did plank with press and a little front lever combined with some dynamics to get more resistance.
En los estáticos me siento pesado y siento que tengo menos aguante que antes, tanto en el front como en la plancha, antiguamente podía respirar cuando hacía plancha, ahora se me dificulta mucho, la verdad he tenido malestar en esta semana, espero poder sentirme mejor para seguir entrenando y recuperar el nivel perdido.
In the static I feel heavy and I feel that I have less stamina than before, both in the front as in the plancha, formerly I could breathe when I did plancha, now it is very difficult, the truth is that I have had discomfort this week, I hope to feel better to continue training and regain the lost level.
