¡Hola a todos! Hoy me gustaría mostrarles un pequeño proyecto que quería hacer y es que, me encanta mucho las casitas de jengibre. Pero, se me hacía muy difícil hacer una por diferentes factores, entre uno de ellos, que no soy buena en la cocina je je así que, pensé en hacer una casita de galletas con los ingredientes y materiales que pudiera conseguir. No tengo el paso a paso en fotografía, pero si grabé un video de cómo hice el armado. Espero que se animen a verlo.

Hi all! Today I would like to show you a small project that I wanted to do and that is, I really love gingerbread houses. But, it was very difficult for me to make one due to different factors, including one of them, that I'm not good at cooking, heh heh, so I thought about making a cookie house with the ingredients and materials that I could get. I do not have the step by step in photography, but I did record a video of how I did the assembly. I hope you are encouraged to see it.

Para realizar mi casa de galletas, compré gomitas, galletas dulces cuadradas, adornos de colores, bastones de caramelos, hice crema pastelera y realicé unas galletas sencillas a las que les traté de dar forma de hombres de jengibre. Tomar fotos del paso a paso se me hizo muy difícil, dado que tenía las manos llenas de masa je je.

To make my cookie house, I bought gummies, square cookies, colored decorations, candy canes, made pastry cream, and made some simple cookies that I tried to shape into gingerbread men. Taking photos of the step by step was very difficult, since my hands were full of dough heh heh.

Como no tenía moldes en forma de hombrecitos, tuve que hacer maniobras con unas tapas, cortar la masa y darle forma con el cuchillo. No todas quedaron perfectas, pero me gustó mucho que mantuvieran su forma. Para los botones y narices de las caras, utilicé trocitos de gomitas, las cuales pegué con crema pastelera. Hasta ese momento, no sabía que el "pegamento dulce" iba a funcionar tan bien je je fue una grata sorpresa.

As I did not have molds in the shape of little men, I had to maneuver with some lids, cut the dough and shape it with the knife. Not all of them were perfect, but I really liked that they kept their shape. For the buttons and noses of the faces, I used pieces of gummies, which I pasted with pastry cream. Until then, I didn't know that "sweet glue" was going to work so well heh heh it was a nice surprise.

Para la base, utilicé unas piezas de anime o poliestireno. Algunos caramelos y gomitas, fueron los adornos del entorno. Las galletas para armar la casita, las compré, ayudaba su forma cuadrada je je para las ventanas y la puerta, tuve que cocinar trocitos de masa con esas formas. Debo admitir que fue una actividad sumamente divertida, sobre todo comerse todo al final ja ja.

For the base, I used some anime or polystyrene pieces. Some candies and gummies were the decorations of the environment. The cookies to build the house, I bought them, their square shape helped hehe for the windows and the door, I had to cook pieces of dough with those shapes. I have to admit it was an extremely fun activity, especially eating everything at the end ha ha.
