Espero que sí, entrena oblicuos conmigo con esta poderosa rutina que me dejó exhausta, cada lado lo deben trabajar las repeticiones que indica el short, en algunos movimientos los trabajarán por separado, pero en otros es necesario hacerlo de forma simultánea, pueden hacer esta rutina al finalizar su entrenamiento del día, en mi caso fue el cierre de mi día de pierna, no olviden fortalecer el core, por más cansados que estemos es importante entrenar al menos 3 veces a la semana la zona media, verán que al fortalecer su zona media tendrán mayor estabilidad y resistencia al hacer cierto ejercicios como por ejemplo las sentadillas, sigamos activos.
