    Hoy está de cumpleaños un integrante muy querido de mi familia, mi padre, en honor a su cumpleaños quise sorprenderlo con su torta preferida, una torta tipo quesillo de auyama o calabaza, para mí fue un reto porque jamás había hecho un postre de este tipo, lo primero que me preocupaba era la textura, y claro, mi enemigo el caramelo al que tuve que enfrentar nuevamente, aun sigo aprendiendo como lograr ese punto perfecto del caramelo sin llegar a quemarlo, para mi sorpresa todos quedaron encantaron con la receta, la cremosidad de la torta fue la mejor parte, tenía un intenso sabor a leche condensada sin llevar leche condensada, no fue nada difícil preparar la mezcla simples pasos que cualquiera debe seguir, el truco está en la cocción, un tips que les brindo es dejar enfriar la torta dentro del horno luego de apagarlo, luego saquen, desmolden y llevan a refrigerar, amarán esta torta cremosa.

    Ingredientes:

    • 2 kg de calabaza.
    • 4 huevos.
    • 2 tazas de azúcar (1 para la torta, 1 para el caramelo)
    • 1 taza de leche en polvo.
    • 2 tazas de harina de trigo.
    • Esencia de vainilla.
    • Canela.
    • 1 pizca de sal.
    • Molde de 25 cm.

    Pueden agregar como forma adicional pasas o chispas de chocolate, esto elevará aún más su sabor, sin ellos queda perfecta, pero si pueden agregar alguno de esos elementos háganlo, como ven los ingredientes también son muy pocos, es una receta práctica, llena de dulzor y muy cremosa, otra receta que pasa a formar parte de mis postres preferido, me siento satisfecha al lograr que mi padre disfrutara de sus día, esa era mi meta al iniciar el día y lo logré, pasamos un día tranquilo en familia, no hay mejor sensación que ver una sonrisa en una persona que quieres, unos 68 años bien cumplidos, por muchos más años en compañia de mis personas favoritas, gracias por llegar hasta aquí y ver el vídeo.
