Pole Dance - Primera Clase [Esp/Eng Subtitled] 💚💚💚

      Correr, rutinas de ejercicios y sobre todo los retos, me encantan; pero esta vez, quiero cumplir algo que tenía pendiente y lo quiero hacer en esta vida. Lo conocí, gracias a mi princesa Ashley, que por cierto, ella hoy día no lo puede hacer por la universidad y su trabajo, y me enamore inmediatamente. El deporte se denomina Pole dance, y esta es mi primera clase oficial, que espero poder seguir haciéndolo.

Running, exercise routines and above all challenges, I love; but this time, I want to accomplish something I had pending and I want to do it in this life. I met him, thanks to my princess Ashley, which by the way, today she can not do it for college and her work, and I fell in love immediately.       La profesora da clase en un gimnasio, pero también es su casa (obviamente más económico) y ahí fuimos. Por suerte, tanto las compañeras como ella, me permitieron grabar, pero por respeto, solo me expongo yo.

The teacher teaches in a gym, but it is also her home (obviously cheaper) and that's where we went. Luckily, both her and her classmates allowed me to film, but out of respect, I only expose myself.

      El día anterior, realice una rutina fuerte en casa, con mi hijo Genaro y eso, repercutió en mi primera clase de Pole, pero nada me detuvo e igualmente, según la profesora, estuve bastante bien.
Es una meta anual que tengo, espero en un par de meses, poder presentarle alguna coreografía, que estoy segura de que con constancia, lo voy a lograr.

The day before, I did a strong routine at home, with my son Genaro and that had repercussions in my first Pole class, but nothing stopped me and also, according to the teacher, I was pretty good.
