INFUSION OF HIBISCUS FLOWER WITH SPICES /INFUSIÓN DE FLORES DE JAMAICA CON ESPECIES

Hello, my beautiful people of the @amazingdrinks Community on Hive! I hope you are all doing great and in the spirit of champions.

First of all, I am very happy to make my first post in the #amazingdrinks Community, as I have been following closely some posts of drinks that are almost medicinal and others that seem like an elixir that cheers up our body and spirit. Hehe!

For this reason, today I bring you a video where I show you how to make a Hibiscus Flower Infusion with Spices that is almost healing and soothes the soul and body.
On the other hand, on June 21, officially, winter arrives; a month that is not to my liking, because I tend to get sick often and as I told you in another post, at this time of the year I feel that my body shuts down and believe me I'm already feeling it, because it seems that winter brought forward its arrival.

On the other hand, I never used to drink tea or infusions, but since I have known the cold of winter I have become a frequent drinker of these beverages, especially the very hot infusions, a fact that has become, almost, a ritual for me.

Just at the moment I am writing these lines, my nose and eyelashes are frozen from the cold despite having "Robocop" by my side (Heater). Also, I am accompanied by the protagonist of this publication, my Infusion of Hibiscus Flowers with Spices, a drink that I like to take very hot, because it helps me regulate my body temperature ### and also strengthens my immune system.

To prepare this powerful Infusion you will need the following ingredients:

1 liter of water.
1 tbsp of dried hibiscus flowers.
½ tbsp of chamomile flowers.
2 slices of orange.
2 pieces of ginger.
1 cinnamon stick.
3 cloves spices.
2 star anise.
A splash of juice of ½ lemon.
Sweetener to taste.

¡Hola, mi linda gente de la Comunidad de @amazingdrinks en Hive! Espero se encuentre muy bien y con espíritu de campeones.

Antes que nada, me siento muy contenta de hacer mi primera publicación en la Comunidad de #amazingdrinks, pues he seguido de cerca algunas publicaciones de bebidas que son casi medicinales y otras que parecen un elixir que nos alegra el cuerpo y el espíritu. Jeje!

Por tal motivo, hoy les traigo un video donde les muestro como hacer una Infusión de Flores de Jamaica con Especies que es casi sanadora y alivia el alma y el cuerpo.

Por otra parte, el 21 de Junio, oficialmente, llega el invierno; un mes que no es de mi agrado, porque tiendo a enfermarme con frecuencia y como les comenté en otra publicación, en esta época del año siento que mi cuerpo se apaga y créanme que ya lo estoy sintiendo, pues parece que el invierno adelantó su llegada.

Por otro lado, no era de tomar té o infusiones, pero desde que conocí el frío del invierno me he vuelto una tomadora frecuente de estas bebidas, en especial las infusiones bien calientes, hecho que se ha convertido en, casi, un ritual para mí.

Justo en el momento que estoy escribiendo estas líneas, tengo la nariz y las pestañas heladas por el frío a pesar de tener a “Robocop” a mi lado (Calentador). También, me acompaña la protagonista de esta publicación, mi Infusión de Flores de Jamaica con Especies, bebida que me gusta tomar bien calentita, porque me ayuda a regular la temperatura de mi cuerpo ### y además fortalece mi sistema inmune.

Para preparar esta poderosa Infusión vas a necesitar los siguientes ingredientes:

1 litro de agua.
1 cda de flores de Jamaica seca.
½ cda de flores de manzanilla.
2 rodajas de naranja.
2 trocitos de jengibre.
1 palito de canela.
3 clavitos especies.
2 anís estrellados.
Un chorrito de zumo de ½ limón.
Endulzante al gusto.
