Singing or listening to music reduces my stress. This is one of the ways I relax, singing. And this is where I show my self care and happiness.

Self care is like self love. It is acceptance of what you have or what you are. Love and respect first, other people will respect you too.

This song is not just a message to lovers to accept who he/she is, but what you are as a person who should be loved and respected. It is one of my favorite song and I used to sing it in karaoke because of my past relationship that left me broken hearted, but that's in the past and I moved on, past is past lol.
