Street Workout Community After the competition I took a few days to relax my muscles and take the tension out of my arms, and also to get back the bends that were blown out, so today we went back to training my back to improve my back.
Recuerden ir a su ritmo, es mejor ir lento y seguro que detenerte por lesiones o dificultades, escuchen a su cuerpo, tomen tiempo para ustedes y para mejorar su condicion tanto fisica como mental, nunca pierdan la disciplina y la meta que llevan detras.
Remember to go at your own pace, it is better to go slow and steady than to stop because of injuries or difficulties, listen to your body, take time for yourself and to improve your physical and mental condition, never lose the discipline and the goal you have behind you.
