My own version of Chicken Caldereta.
Simple and affordable ingredients for the family.
Here's the ingredients:
Chicken
Potato
Bell Pepper
1 Can Liver Spread
1 Tbsp Peanut Butter
1/2 cup Soy sauce
Lemon/Calamansi
1 Tsp Pepper
Ways to cook;
Mix the chicken, pepper and lemon or calamansi then marinate for 30 minutes.
Set aside. Fry the potatoes. Set aside. Saute garlic and onion. Add the chicken
until it colors brown. Then add tomato paste, tomato sauce, fish sauce, liver spread
and peanut butter. Cover and simmer for about 15-20 minutes. Add the potato and
bell peppper. Simmer. Then its ready to serve.
