Circuito infierno del día, genial para comenzar la semana aunque no sea lunes.
Genial para aumentar un poco el ritmo cardiaco y trabajar los conceptos básicos de la calistenia.
Descanso entre cada serie: 3 minutos, esto es lo que recomiendo, repetir el circuito 3 veces.
Si eres un atleta avanzado, puedes hacerlo de 5 a 6 veces en una sola sesión de entrenamiento.
Si pierde fuerza entre las series, no se preocupe, simplemente disminuya las repeticiones.
Para que, en lugar de 15 dominadas australianas, pueda hacer 12-10 repeticiones.
Hazlo para los ejercicios mas difíciles.
Y después de un par de series obtendrás un buen bombeo muscular, perderás sensibilidad, por lo que los ejercicios mas técnicos podrían volverse mas difíciles.
Pero no te preocupes, esta es la belleza de hacer ejercicio.

Hell of a day circuit, great for starting the week even if it's not Monday.
Great for getting your heart rate up a bit and working on the basics of calisthenics.
Rest between each set: 3 minutes, this is what I recommend, repeat the circuit 3 times.
If you are an advanced athlete, you can do it 5 to 6 times in a single training session.
If you lose strength between sets, don't worry, just decrease the repetitions.
So that, instead of 15 Australian pull-ups, you can do 12-10 reps.
Do this for the more difficult exercises.
And after a couple of sets you will get a good muscle pump, you will lose sensitivity, so the more technical exercises might become more difficult.
