🧵 {03/01/24} ✦ Join me in a cozy sewing afternoon ☕ 🌙 💕 (My first video!) ✦ 🇪🇸 │ 🇺🇸

🇪🇸 ~ ¡Feliz Año Nuevo a todos! Llevo varios días trabajando en este vídeo especialmente para compartirlo en la comunidad de NeedleworkMonday por medio de 3speak.tv, este es el primer proyecto en este formato que hago para Hive y estoy MUY EMOCIONADA, han sido muchas horas de ensayo y error, de perder y recuperar los clips, de ediciones fallidas y una que otra lágrima (pero dentro de todo, estoy feliz de no haberme rendido y borrado todo por la frustración).

🇺🇸 ~ Happy New Year everyone! I've been working on this video for several days especially to share it with the NeedleworkMonday community via 3speak.tv, this is the first project in this format I've done for Hive and I'm VERY THRILLED, it's been many hours of trial and error, losing and recovering clips, failed edits and the occasional tear (but all in all, I'm glad I didn't give up and delete everything out of frustration).

Originalmente quería utilizar mi voz para narrar cómo fue la experiencia de hacer este forro para mi nueva máquina de coser, pero hay tanto ruido en mi casa y la familia habla, literalmente, todo el día en voz tan alta, que fue imposible lograr un audio limpio. De hecho admito que estoy bastante disgustada todavía por eso porque no es la primera vez que dejo de grabar (hacer lives o enviar notas de voz) por el mismo motivo. Mi año ha empezado algo atropellado así que quiero "luchar contra la corriente" y compartir esto como una victoria personal sobre las circunstancias.

I originally wanted to use my voice to narrate how the experience of making this lining for my new sewing machine went, but there is so much noise in my house and the family literally talks so loudly all day long that it was impossible to get clean audio. I actually admit I'm still pretty upset about it because it's not the first time I've stopped recording (making lives or sending voice memos) for the same reason. My year has had a bit of a rough start so I want to "fight against the current" and share this as a personal victory over circumstances.

Este nuevo año 2024 comenzare a experimentar grabando proyectos como estos, en un formato agradable y acogedor con algunos datos útiles, no estrictamente tutoriales, solo yo disfrutando el proceso, y esperando otras personas lo encuentren agradable.

This new year 2024 I will start experimenting with recording projects like these, in a nice and cozy format with some useful data, not strictly tutorials, just me enjoying the process, and hoping other people will find it enjoyable.
