Víctor era un bebé elefante, que vivía feliz con su manada, como todos sabemos los elefantes son muy unidos y muy empáticos. Pero un día Víctor le dijo a su madre que estaba cansado de la vida que llevaba, se aburría y quería hacer de su vida una fiesta diaria, quería celebrar la vida constantemente.

Ante esta situación, la madre de Víctor le dice:
—Esta bien y ¿qué sugieres para ello?

Víctor le responde:

—Empezaré a explorar el mundo por mi cuenta y haré de mi vida una felicidad constante, una fiesta que nunca termina , estoy cansado de tus reglas y limitaciones.

La madre, aunque un poco preocupada por esa situación, pensó que lo mejor era dejar que su hijo experimentara en carne propia lo que era tomar buenas o malas decisiones, así que con todo el pesar del mundo le dijo:

—Puedes irte, espero que seas muy feliz en tu fiesta constantemente.

Obviamente Víctor tenía un concepto algo diferente de celebrar la vida y tuvo que aprender por las malas que la vida está llena de decisiones que marcan nuestro futuro.

A la mañana siguiente Víctor salió corriendo de su casa y fue a celebrar su vida, mientras caminaba se dio cuenta de que unos elefantes se estaban divirtiendo y riendo mucho, así que se acercó a ellos. Lo que Víctor no sabía es que los elefantes trabajan en un circo y su trabajo era hacer reír a la gente.

Víctor pensó que ellos eran muy felices, pero qué equivocado estaba, porque los elefantes del circo estaban muy tristes porque estaban presos y lejos de su familia, pero sin embargo intentaban disfrutar del hecho de estar vivos cada día, haciendo lo mejor que sabían hacer.

Víctor, sorprendido por la situación, se asustó y quiso salir de allí, pero unos niños intentaron agarrarlo y como pudo, Víctor salió corriendo. En el camino se encontró con un pájaro y le preguntó:
—¿Cómo celebras la vida?

El pájaro le contestó:
—Celebro la vida volando y surcando los cielos...
Así que Víctor ideó una forma de surcar los cielos para celebrar la vida y se subió a un globo aerostático, pero la felicidad de celebrar la vida nunca llegó.

Mas adelante se encontró un tigre y le pregunto:
—¿Como celebras tu la vida?
El tigre le respondió:
—Yo celebro la vida comiendo y si es bastante comida mejor será la celebración...
El tigre en realidad quería comérselo, así que Víctor se alejó rápidamente de él y empezó a comer para celebrar la vida, pero eso no lo hizo feliz y no le pareció una celebración.

Un poco decepcionado decide volver a casa, pensando que nunca había sido tan infeliz como ese día...
—¡Extraño jugar con mis hermanos y amigos!
se decía Víctor a cada rato
—Extraño comer con mi papá
—Extraño abrazar a mi mamá.
El elefante comenzó a llorar, entonces su madre salió de los arbustos y le preguntó:
—"¿Quieres ir a casa Víctor?"
Él dijo que sí, ese día aprendió que celebrar la vida es amar, abrazar, comer, volar, ayudar, reír, perdonar, estar junto a tus seres queridos, dar lo mejor de ti... Celebrar la vida implica tantas cosas, pero lo más importante es que celebrar la vida es ser consciente de que estás vivo, celebrar la vida es aprender a valorar lo que tienes...

Victor was a baby elephant, living happily with his herd, as we all know elephants are very united and very empathetic. But one day Victor told his mother that he was tired of the life he was leading, he was bored and wanted to make his life a daily party, he wanted to celebrate life constantly.

Faced with this situation, Victor's mother says to him:
—All right and what do you suggest for it?

Victor replies:

—I will start exploring the world on my own and make my life a constant happiness, a party that never ends , I am tired of your rules and limitations.

The mother, although a little worried about the situation, thought it best to let her son experience firsthand what it was like to make good or bad decisions, so with all the regret in the world she said to him:

—You may go, I hope you will be very happy at your party constantly.

Obviously Victor had a somewhat different concept of celebrating life and had to learn the hard way that life is full of decisions that mark our future.

The next morning Victor ran out of his house and went to celebrate his life, as he was walking he noticed some elephants having fun and laughing a lot, so he approached them. What Victor didn't know is that the elephants work in a circus and their job was to make people laugh.

Victor thought they were very happy, but how wrong he was, because the circus elephants were very sad because they were imprisoned and far from their family, but nevertheless they tried to enjoy the fact that they were alive every day, doing the best they knew how to do.

Victor, surprised by the situation, got scared and wanted to get out of there, but some children tried to grab him and as best he could, Victor ran away. On the way he met a bird and asked him:
—How do you celebrate life?

The bird answered him:
—I celebrate life by flying and soaring through the skies.....
So Victor devised a way to take to the skies to celebrate life and went up in a hot air balloon, but the happiness of celebrating life never came.

Further on he met a tiger and asked him:
—How do you celebrate life?
The tiger replied:
—I celebrate life by eating and if it is enough food the better the celebration will be.....
The tiger actually wanted to eat him, so Victor quickly moved away from him and started eating to celebrate life, but that didn't make him happy and it didn't seem like a celebration.

A bit disappointed he decides to go home, thinking that he had never been as unhappy as he was that day....
—I miss playing with my brothers and friends!
Victor kept saying to himself
—I miss eating with my dad
—I miss hugging my mom.
The elephant began to cry, then his mother came out of the bushes and asked him:
—"Do you want to go home Victor?"
He said yes, that day he learned that celebrating life means loving, hugging, eating, flying, helping, laughing, forgiving, being together with your loved ones, giving the best of yourself.... To celebrate life implies so many things, but the most important thing is that to celebrate life is to be aware that you are alive, to celebrate life is to learn to value what you have...
