    Queridos amigos de esta deliciosa comunidad de #foodiesbeehive , hoy les traigo otro delicioso postre que elaboré en casa este fin de semana, aprovechando que me quedó un poco de coco rallado. Aún queda turrón, pero quise hacer este postre para variar, ya que en casa son demasiado dulceros , es algo que les encantará.

    Elaboré este dulce utilizando coco rallado en almíbar y gelatina de piña, y los dos sabores quedaron muy sabrosos juntos. Ahora les mostraré los ingredientes que utilicé y el paso a paso de cómo elaboré este rico dulce.

    Ingredientes:

    • 400g de harina de trigo
    • 300ml de dulce de coco rallado en almíbar
    • 6g de gelatina de piña
    • 1 cucharada de polvo de hornear
    • 2 cucharadas de aceite

    Dear friends of this delicious #foodiesbeehive community, today I bring you another delicious dessert that I made at home this weekend, taking advantage of the fact that I had some shredded coconut left. There is still some nougat left, but I wanted to make this dessert for a change, since at home they are too sweet tooth, it is something they will love.

    I made this sweet using shredded coconut in syrup and pineapple jelly, and the two flavors came out very tasty together. Now I will show you the ingredients I used and the step by step of how I made this tasty candy.

    Ingredients:

    • 400g wheat flour
    • 300ml shredded coconut candy in syrup
    • 6g pineapple jelly
    • 1 tablespoon baking powder
    • 2 tablespoons oil

    Lo primero que hice fue calentar ligeramente el dulce de coco en el microondas para mezclarlo más fácilmente con la gelatina de piña.

    The first thing I did was to slightly heat the coconut candy in the microwave to mix it more easily with the pineapple jelly.

    En un recipiente más grande, coloqué la harina de trigo y le agregué la mezcla de dulce de coco con gelatina.

    In a larger bowl, I placed the wheat flour and added the coconut candy mixture with gelatin.


    Después añadí una cucharada de aceite y la de polvo de hornear.

    Then I added a tablespoon of oil and a tablespoon of baking powder.


    Mezclé todo con una paleta, procurando que se formaran burbujas de aire, hasta que la mezcla estuvo homogénea.
    A continuación, engrasé el molde con aceite comestible y lo llené con la mezcla preparada anteriormente. Lo coloqué en el horno a 350°F durante 25 minutos.

    I mixed everything with a paddle, making sure that no air bubbles formed, until the mixture was homogeneous.
    Next, I greased the pan with edible oil and filled it with the previously prepared mixture. I placed it in the oven at 350°F for 25 minutes.


    Una vez que estuvo listo, esperé a que se enfriara y lo desmolde. Aquí podrán ver lo delicioso que se ve este postre.

    Once it was ready, I waited for it to cool and unmolded it. Here you can see how delicious this dessert looks.


    Como me quedó un poco de coco en almíbar, corté una rebanada y le agregué un poco del dulce, lo cual realza aún más sus sabores.

    Since I had some coconut in syrup left over, I cut a slice and added some of the sweetness, which enhances the flavors even more.
