The Darkness - In Another Life (Acoustic Cover)

Hello everyone :)

I sure hope you are all having a brilliant weekend!

Here is another acoustic rendition! I have played a few songs by 'The Darkness' recently - but they were all full guitar covers. For those of you who are not sure, The Darkness are a rock band from the UK and exploded onto the scene in 2003 when they released their album Permission To Land. You will all have (probably) heard this band at some stage! They are an awesome rock band, and even though they have a slight comedic nature, they are definitely taken seriously and provide us with some of the greatest live rock performances! I sure am a big fan!

This song is one of the only ones I can attempt to sing ;) as the lead singer, Justin Hawkins, has a very unique voice and an incredible range! Wow, he sure can hit some high notes. It is incredible to hear live!

So just me and the guitar for today :) playing and singing is something I want to improve on - for me, I mostly enjoy the 'lead' guitar parts as I was never a confident singer, and my guitar idols were all playing amazing solos! I sure do love playing solos, as many of you know! Don't worry... lots more to come in the future!:) I am trying to build up my singing confidence and skill, so I guess all I can do is to continue practicing!
