Hi everyone, Happy Sunday to you all...
For my Christians brothers and sisters, I hope we attend service today, as for me I did and I really enjoyed it. 😃
It's Afri-tunes week #71 another time to share and explore African music in the community.
This week I'll be doing the gospel song suggested in the community, titled "onishe iyanu" by Nathaniel Bassey.
This song is one of the songs I can't get tired of, for me, I call it evergreen. Because even though have lost count of how many times I've sang it I still feel like singing it again and again.
Onishe iyanu means someone that does wonders, for someone to perform wonders, He/she must be a wonderful person, because you can't give what you don't have.
Onishe iyanu (God) has done many wonderful things that we ourselves can't say it all, it all depends on the individual. We see his wonders each and everyday through what has life and what doesn't. Even the trees in the forest praise Him, the fowls in the air praise Him, so also everything that has breath.
He has also shown us mercy and grace that's beyond our expectations and what we deserve.
Despite our unfaithfulness, He still remain faithful from generation to generation. He has lifted us from where we use to be to a greater place in blessing, riches and glory. He's the God of awesome wonders.
