HIVE OPEN MIC WEEK #176 --- GRATEFUL (Cover)

It's really been a roller coaster ride for me as a student in my school here in Nigeria. I got my admission in 2017 but resumed school in the year 2018. After resumption, it didn't take time before my father fell seriously ill and some organs in his body git affected. I kept going home almost every weekends to see him. I finally lost him when I began my 1st semester exams.

I must confess that it was really a tough time for me. I was unstable in all ways and it affected my activities in school that my results came out not good. I lost hope, I gave up. I decided to opt out of school because the one person that had been desperately wanting me to gain admission in school was no more, but God came through for me by blessing me with the gift of men.

My siblings got good paying jobs, I had sponsors (people I barely even know) and God blessed me with skills that I never knew I had and has been putting food on my table till date. And today, I'm in my final year and in 2-3 months time, I'd have with me my BSc degree. If not for God!!!

God has been faithful, no doubt, and it's more than enough reason to be grateful. So, my people, Join me in appreciating this good God. Seat back and enjoy 🤗.
