Hi guys!
We found an interesting channel that does workout routines and so far we are loving how challenging it is!
Since it is another community quarantine here in Cebu, gyms are closed so my bestie and I decided to do a short workout just this morning at 9:30
because both had vacant time.
Some of the exercises I was not able to execute well because still so weak and I get tired easily lol.
I have always worked on strengthening my core and working on my endurance but I think I always go back
from the start because of my inconsistency to workout oopsss.
And that is why it is important we have a workout buddy so we can push and motivate each other to be active and healthy.
Maybe you'd like to try this with us! Let's go and work them musclesssss!
