THE BIGGEST ZOO IN THE PHILIPPINES IS IN MY HOMETOWN CEBU!!!

Hi!

Sharing our trip to Cebu Safari & Adventure Park ([//]:# (!pinmapple 10.595455 lat 123.962345 long d3scr)).
The property is over 170 hectares in the North of Cebu which is owned and operated by M. Lhuiller Group of Companies. This is the largest zoo in the Philippines so my family and I definitely had to see it. It is also an adventure park because they also offer Safari Camp where you can stay overnight and swim in the pools which had a beautiful view of the moutains (would really want to try this but it is quite expensive.), they also have adventure rides such as sky bike, zip line, and giant swing (but I haven't tried any of those because it'd require additional payment and I'm not sure if it's open already so better ask them before you book your ticket so you can include that on your trip there.), they also have bird shows and white lion safari (you'd get a close encounter with the white lions since they put you in a truck which had steel and glass protection.)

The regular tickets cost 800php (~17 USD) for adults and children more than 3 feet while for children below 3 feet, it is half the regular price. Currently, they only open on Fridays til Sundays and tickets should be booked online via their website.

It was fun and entertaining. I understand some people don't support zoos or animals in captivity. But I was amazed how the animals here can move freely because of how big this place was. They do look like they were well taken care of and I hope they maintain it. I see some fun facts where they said that these animals have longer life span in captivity.

What I liked about finally going out is we were able to take my mom out for a breathe of fresh air. My mom suffered stroke and has difficulty walking already. Gladly there was wheelchair available there that you can borrow for free! If you are thinking of bringing someone who needs assistance, do know that there are steep places, so have someone who's really strong to push the wheelchair.

Also, it was my auntie's birthday and she wanted to take us there to celebrate. She's the one called on stage during the bird show. She treated us with this adventure so I wanted to make a video about our family bonding as a form of gratitude.

My favorite part would be Michel's Garden! I love the landscaping and the fish pond and the beautiful flowers they displayed.

If you ever come to Cebu, Philippines and you have kids with you, they'd surely have fun here. This is around 1-2 hours from the city depending on the traffic.
