Esta rutina consta de ejercicios que trabajan tanto la fuerza de Jale, como la Fuerza de Empuje y también he implementado algunos ejercicios progresivos de los Estáticos como la Plancha y el Front Lever, sin más que agregar ¡Comencemos!
Greetings Hivers and Fellow SWC I'm @rousbertsw99 And today is a pleasure to share with you a routine that I did yesterday during my training. This routine consists of exercises that work both the strength of Jale, as the Push Strength will also have implemented some progressive exercises of the static as the Plancha and Front Lever, without more to add, Let's start!

Esta rutina consta de 8 ejercicios diferentes, por lo que algunos de ellos estarán compuestos en biseries (dos ejercicios en la misma serie), esto será de gran ayuda para que la rutina no sea tan extensa y tediosa, además de que combinar los ejercicios nos dará mayor estimulación y efectividad ya que nos pide una mayor exigencia para cumplir con cada uno de nuestros ejercicios y series.
This routine consists of 8 different exercises, so some of them will be composed in biseries (two exercises in the same series), this will be a great help for the routine is not so extensive, tedious and also combine the exercises will give us greater stimulation and effectiveness as it asks us a greater demand to meet each of our exercises and series.
Recuerda realizar ejercicios y movimientos de acondicionamiento muscular (Calentamiento) antes de empezar la rutina.
Remember to perform muscle conditioning exercises and movements (warm up) before starting the routine.
El entrenamiento será de 4 series cada ejercicio y 60' segundos de descanso entre series.
The workout will be for 4 sets each exercise and 60' seconds rest between sets.
