full sports, I am ramsses and below I will bring you a new combined routine where we will use weights which I have absolute control over, in this case I used 35kg of weight.
Estos ejercicios son muy buenos sobre todo el press de banca, que nos sirve para el pecho y la espalda, junto a los 2 primero ejercicios que basicamente uno es en agarre prono y el otro en agarre supino, esto para trabajar diferentes partes de los musculos.
These exercises are very good, especially the bench press, which is useful for the chest and back, along with the first 2 exercises that are basically one in a prone grip and the other in a supine grip, this to work different parts of the muscles.
