Consumer Behavior in Marketing.

In our everyday life, we make decisions throughout the day. What should I wear? What perfume should I put on? Is this product okay for me? Etc. These decisions are what we make while purchasing items and products without giving them much thought.

In this 5 mins video, I talked about consumer behaviour and how it influences consumers/customers in choosing a product to buy. The consumer analysis that should be disclosed is as follows;

• What consumers think and how they feel about a particular product or brand.
• What influences their decisions to choose between various options.
• Their behaviour while researching and shopping.
• How their encouragement influences consumer behaviour.

Also, I talked about three factors influencing consumer behaviour and the various types of behaviour in consumers.

In every business, marketers should take the consumers more important as they determine the growth of a product and business. Without them, there wouldn't be any products being created and designed into fascinating brands.
