    Hola apreciada comunidad de @fulldeportes y mi canal en @threespek, hoy les traigo un contenido para presentarles lo que fue un entrenamiento para piernas al aire libre; arrancando con sentadillas clásicas ideales para entrar en calor ya que activa todos los músculos de las piernas. Sentadillas estilo sumo que nos ayuda a fortalecer los glúteos y aductores, luego entrene sentadillas con patadas, esta última nos activa las zonas de los brazos, espalda, hombros y abdomen además fortalece las rodillas y las caderas. Cada ejercicio lo realice previo calentamiento y estiramiento poniendo el cuerpo a tono para el entrenamiento, tres series de 15 repeticiones en cada ejercicio, con al menos 20 segundos de descanso. Los días domingos me he propuesto la meta de entrenar al menos dos horas al aire libre, rotando los músculos a trabajar e ir aumentando. Espero y disfruten de mi post.

    Hello dear community of @fulldeportes and my channel @threespek, today I bring you a content to present what was a workout for legs outdoors; starting with classic squats ideal to warm up as it activates all the muscles of the legs. Sumo style squats that helps us to strengthen the buttocks and adductors, then train squats with kicks, the latter activates the areas of the arms, back, shoulders and abdomen also strengthens the knees and hips. I did each exercise after warming up and stretching, putting the body in tune for the training, three sets of 15 repetitions in each exercise, with at least 20 seconds of rest. On Sundays I have set a goal to train at least two hours outdoors, rotating the muscles to work and increasing. I hope you enjoy my post.
