Así es hermanos, que nadie se detenga, porque como ustedes saben estamos acostumbrados a darle mucha acción al todo el cuerpo, y hoy no será la excepción. En esta oportunidad, combinamos el cardio con un poco de planchas y sentadillas, verán que de verdad todos los grupos musculares se van a mover, además que tendremos una tonificación bien equilibrada.     Como siempre debemos tener presente los ejercicios de calentamiento. Este paso es obligatorio e inevitable, ya que los músculos deben estar en condiciones óptimas. Ahora iniciamos con el calentamiento 1. Saltos diagonales de tijera. Seguimos con salto de cuerda, 3 minutos de cada ejercicio. Recordar tomar descansos de 20 segundos entre ejercicios, y de 1 a 2 minutos entre series.

    El circuito principal está conformado por 3 estaciones. Estación 1, sentadillas + ganchos + patadas frontales, energía, velocidad, y poder. 20 repeticiones, todo el ciclo en 4 series. Estación 2, plancha + giro + patada lateral, siente la potencia extrema. 20 repeticiones, también el ciclo en 4 series. Estación 3, sentadillas + pasos en ida y vuelta. Candela pura. 20 repeticiones en 4 series. Nos relajamos con piernas juntas al abdomen por 3 minutos. Gracias por preferir nuestro canal de @threespeak.
