Justo cuando pensaba que todo estaba listo para subir este cover me di cuenta que se me olvidó por completo decir las palabras de inicio. Eso es lo bueno de meditar en las noches, que de repente te acuerdas de esas cositas importantes que no hiciste durante el día, así que me toca vestirme nuevamente para la ocasión y grabar ese pedazo.

Just when I thought everything was ready to upload this cover I realized that I completely forgot to say the opening words. That's the good thing about meditating at night, you suddenly remember those important things you didn't do during the day, so it's my turn to dress up again for the occasion and record that bit.

Una vez mas me encuentro recordando mi niñez a través de canciones que en esa época marcaron mi infancia porque fue un éxito total, porque era la moda y todos la estaban escuchando y por supuesto en mi casa no era la excepción.

Viajar al pasado y verme con mi hermana menor simulando ser shakira, ambas con un palo de escoba cantando a todo pulmón este tema que hoy les presento me llena un poco de nostalgia pues mi hermana está algo lejos de mi, se encuentra viviendo en otro país y ya tengo más de 5 años que no la veo, esos momentos en que sólo nos dedicamos a reír y a disfrutar de la música a temprana edad son de mis recuerdos favoritos que tengo con ella.

Traveling back in time and seeing myself with my younger sister pretending to be Shakira, both with a broomstick singing at the top of their lungs this song that I present today fills me with nostalgia because my sister is far away from me, she is living in another country and I haven't seen her for more than 5 years, those moments when we just laughed and enjoyed the music at an early age are some of my favorite memories I have with her.

Creo que esta canción nos encantaba porque es muy dinámica, tiene de todo un poco, algo de tango, rock y unas frases vocales en el puente que nos hacía repetir el CD una y otra vez porque nos gustaba mucho...

Esa parte del puente pensé en eliminarla de mi interpretación porque no sabía si me quedaría bien pues no me salía la línea del bajo y la voz, pero después de practicarla unas 800 mil veces 🤣, digamos que me quedó bien, probablemente no sea perfecta pero les aseguro que me lo disfruté a más no poder, creo que era necesario cantar esa parte porque no me lo iba a perdonar y creo que mi hermana tampoco.

That part of the bridge I thought about eliminating it from my interpretation because I didn't know if it would fit me well because I couldn't get the bass line and the voice, but after practicing it about 800 thousand times 🤣, let's say that it fit me well, probably not perfect but I assure you that I enjoyed it to the max, I think it was necessary to sing that part because I would not forgive myself and I think my sister wouldn't forgive me either.
