Today I will cook a very delicious dish, I will cook JENGKOL.

Jengkol is one of the food ingredients with a distinctive and pungent odor, especially when you are urinating.

I have a little story about Jengkol, every time I want to cook this food I often get involved in a debate with my husband, because he is one of those people who don't like jengkol.

The pungent smell often makes him fussy, why do I have to cook this food. But whatever the reason, I still cook it ha...ha...ha

Garlic, red onions, jengkol, salt, sugar, flavoring, chili, tomatoes, lemongrass, bay leaves, and galangal.
