Agona Bedomase Appreciates Hive for the Free Health Campaign

It is exactly about a week now since Hive Ghana Health Project as funded by the Hive Decentralized fund as by @valueplan and supported by @theycallmedan, @guiltyparties, etc was able to successfully embark on a health campaign
where the indigenous members of Agona Bedomase township got to not only get free health care regarding their eyes and sight but also they glucose levels as well as they blood pressure.

This was the second time Hive Ghana was doing this, the first one was done in Manso Nkwanta alongside the only health facility within the area, the Manso Nkwanta Polyclinic and the turn out was great. Over there we learnt of a woman
diagnosed with glaucoma who due to inability to pay for her glaucoma treatment was losing her vision and was so much grateful to Hive to have received free medication to help her keep her sight.

I promised to deliver some free antiglaucoma drugs to her anytime i get to visit the facility. Here at Agona Bedomase the prevalent conditions were allergic conjuctivitis and vernal conjunctivitis and there were lots of geriaritric who had stopped reading due to presbyopia and only needed reading glasses and thus were happy to receive one. There are other beautiful stories that would be brought to your attention in due time as Hive Health tries to take care of their needs.

In the meantime, i wanted to share this video with you where this young man, a beneficiary of the program expresses his appreciation to Hive and the entire team from the managers, @mcsamm, @collinz to the rest of the entire team including myself, @zicogh, @awuahbenjamin and @kreativita for the support and love shown us and prays for the Blessings of God upon the project and our lives. I am optimistic about the lives this project would be touching and i am keen that you will get to see and learn more about the untold stories of the health of people in deprived communities in the days ahead.
