Hello my creative and innovative people I hope you are well, brimming with health and full of positive energy who greets you @nanyuris and today we bring for all of you the second edition of the Trivia Mente Inquietas through the community @womentribe, a space to develop new neural connections, through different mental games, which highlights the cognitive stimulation, with the intention of exercising our brain, a segment where you will have fun and also perform brain gymnastics.

Vamos a despertar las neuronas así que atrévete a realizar los siguientes ejercicios de gimnasia cerebral.

Ejercicio #1: Di el color de cada palabra

Cada palabra tiene un color diferente y la actividad consiste en decir en voz alta el color y omitir la palabra, un magnífico ejercicio de atención, concentración, agilidad mental y discriminación visual.
