Old man leading a dance at Burnham Park Baguio City

While we were walking around Burnham Park with my girlfriend. There was loud music being played. We wondered what it was. We were curious so we saw an old man leading a dance. He was teaching the children at the back. He's actually funny, you could hear him shout out the dance steps like Touch the wall, Open Window and Close the window(There are more dance steps but I couldn't understand the other words that he was shouting). It was a really fun sight, not only the dancing but what he was wearing. He was so enthusiastic dancing. I was wondering if he is a Zumba Instructor if not he could be a great one.
