Hace pocos días tuve el placer de jugar nuevamente con mis compañeros de trabajo en una de las canchas locales del Centro de Lima, por supuesto hay que pagar, pero no es tan costosa. Siempre me ha llamado la atención la manera en la que los peruanos le dicen a estas partidas de fútbol informales o para divertirse, he escuchado "pichanga" y también "chocolateo". La verdad desconozco el origen de estas palabras y quizá por timidez no me he tomado el tiempo de preguntarles, aunque quizá ninguno de ellos sepa 😅.

En mi país, Venezuela, se les llama "caimaneras" (de allí el título del post) y francamente no recuerdo si hay otras maneras, pero he visto que en países como Argentina o México se les llama con el nombre de "picadito" o "cascarita", respectivamente. Es así que me gustaría que me confirmes esa información, si es que eres de esos países, o si conoces otras maneras coloquiales, sea de país que sea, para seguir alimentándome del rico vocabulario futbolístico latino.

A few days ago I had the pleasure of playing again with my coworkers in one of the local courts in downtown Lima, of course you have to pay, but it is not so expensive. Se que en cada deporte hay una manera particular de llamar las cosas, pero por el momento solo conozco las relacionadas al fútbol. Antes sabía algunas de Beisbol, con el tiempo las he ido olvidando, pero se que eran bastante coloquiales y hasta graciosas, es así que algunos narradores o comentaristas aprovechaban para darle un poco más de sazón a sus vocabularios para hacer de sus trabajos mas amenos.

I know that in each sport there is a particular way of calling things, but for the moment I only know the ones related to soccer. I used to know some baseball names, but over time I have forgotten them, but I know they were quite colloquial and even funny, so some narrators or commentators used to give a little more spice to their vocabularies to make their jobs more enjoyable.
