¡Que tal! ¡Espero se encuentren bien!
En esta ocasión les traigo un vídeo el cuál espero y disfruten.
Cómo el título lo die: "only static" (solo estáticos), en este video la mayoría de movimientos empleados son de tensión.. movimientos que se emplean tanto en la gimnasia, cómo en la calistenia (en mi caso es la calistenia). Los ejercicios estáticos son aquellos en dónde el atleta permanece en la misma posición durante la ejecución del movimiento. Dicho movimientos estáticos son: full planche, fron lever, back lever, etc...
En cuanto al video... Soy fanático de los videos de el atleta y leyenda de este deporte Daniels Laizans, su manejo de la cámara, dirección fotográfica y edición son razón por la cual le he tomado tanto cariño al mundo de la videografia y fotografía. También me disfruto mucho los vídeos de Diego Montoya y Noa man workout.
Por eso, mis videos son más en formato "motivacional" o blogs (no soy de hacer videos tutoriales), por eso, no sé sorprendan si la mayoría de mis videos son de este formato.

This time I bring you a video which I hope you enjoy.
As the title says: "only static", in this video most of the movements used are of tension... movements that are used both in gymnastics, how in calisthenics (in my case is calisthenics). The static exercises are those where the athlete remains in the same position during the execution of the movement. Such static movements are: full planche, fron lever, back lever, etc...
As for the video... I am a fan of the videos of the athlete and legend of this sport Daniels Laizans, his camera handling, photographic direction and editing are the reason why I have taken so much affection to the world of videography and photography. I also enjoy the videos of Diego Montoya and Noa man workout.
For that reason, my videos are more in "motivational" or blog format (I'm not into making tutorial videos), so don't be surprised if most of my videos are in this format.
