today we are going to make a delicous iranian food
we need these :
1 medium onion
4 medium tomato
half of sweet pepper
1 medium potato
1 cup rice
2 cups peas
1 table spoon tomato paste
2 tea spoon turmeric
1 tea spoon black pepper
some salt
you can cook this food without peas,sweet pepper (these are completely optional)
tip 1: its better to soak the rice an hour befor (so the water place a kuckle of
finger on the surface )
tip2: put a clothes between the pot and the lid it helps to cook better
