Hello friends! I am very happy to be able to share another week with you. Today I am performing, inspired by this week's theme 161 "My Original Song", an original composition for solo piano entitled "Nostalgias del Alma".

¡Hola amigos! Estoy muy contento de poder compartir una semana más con ustedes. Hoy interpreto, inspirado en el tema de esta semana 161 "My Original Song", una composición original para piano solo titulada "Nostalgias del Alma".

  This work is full of nostalgic moments and at the same time with a hopeful force, with this I try to evoke the contrasts of life. Life, with its comings and goings, takes us through an endless number of emotions and moods, over time, and in the best of cases, we learn to behave better on the emotional level, we learn not to let ourselves be carried away. by the wind of passions, then, as by a mere act of survival, we also learn to have hope when despair hits us, to prefer love over hate, to forgive rather than embrace resentment, we learn that the better option is joy than sadness. In short, if we learn well, we will always look for the positive, the good, the beautiful... if we learn life's lessons well, we will always know, from inner freedom, to be well, serene and balanced in any circumstance.

Esta obra está llena de momentos nostálgicos y a la vez con una fuerza esperanzadora, con ello trato de evocar los contrastes propios de la vida. La vida, con sus idas y venidas, nos pasea por un sin fin de emociones y de estados de ánimo, con el tiempo, y en el mejor de los casos, aprendemos conducirnos mejor en el plano de las emociones, aprendemos a no dejarnos llevar por el viento de las pasiones, entonces, como por mero acto de supervivencia,aprendemos también a tener esperanza cuando nos golpea la desesperación, a preferir el amor antes que el odio, a perdonar antes que abrazar el rencor, aprendemos que es mejor opción la alegría que la tristeza. En definitiva, si aprendemos bien, siempre buscaremos lo positivo, lo bueno, lo bello... si aprendemos bien las lecciones de la vida, siempre sabremos, desde la libertad interior, estar bien, serenos y equilibrados ante cualquier circunstancia.

  "Nostalgias del Alma" is composed in the key of C major and recursively modulates to the relative minor key (Am). Between these two sister tones I draw that contrast between the nostalgia for a good past and the hope of a better future than the present.

"Nostalgias del Alma" está compuesta en la tonalidad de Do mayor y modula recurrentemente a la tonalidad relativa menor (Am). Entre estas dos tonalidades hermanas dibujo ese contraste entre la nostalgia de un buen pasado y la esperanza de un futuro mejor que el presente.
