    Estimados lectores, me complace estar una vez más con ustedes a través de mo blog.
    Esta es mi primera publicación en esta comunidad y quiero hacer esta entrada con un video tutorial de lo que fue mi rico almuerz, pescado frito (carachana y cujinua) con ensalada poco e' gallo y arroz.

    Esta deliciosa comida a mas de uno le encanta y como no!! si el pescado es riquísimo, me encanta en sopa y frito siempre y cuando esté fresco.
    Así que lo primero que hice fue colocarle sal al pescado y dejarlo reposar por un momento mientras picó pimentón y cebolla para preparar el arroz y en una sartén coloque media cucharada de mantequilla y sofreí los aliños y luego coloque dos tazas de arroz y comence a tostados después le añadí 2 tazas de agua, sal al gusto, lo tape y lo puse a fuego lento.

    En otra sartén puse a calentar el aceite y a freír el pescado mientras por otro lado iba preparado la ensalada picó de gallo picando en cubos la cebolla y el tomate, después le coloque vinagre, sal, azúcar, mayonesa casera al gusto y comece a removerla.
    Arme mi plato y a comer😊😊
    Para mi es una comida muy fácil y rápida de hacer, y para las personas que aman el pescado super deliciosa..

    Dear readers, I am pleased to be once again with you through mo blog.
    This is my first post in this community and I want to make this entry with a video tutorial of what was my delicious lunch, fried fish (carachana and cujinua) with salad little e' gallo and rice.

    This delicious food more than one loves and how not!!! if the fish is delicious, I love it in soup and fried as long as it is fresh.
    So the first thing I did was to salt the fish and let it rest for a moment while I chopped paprika and onion to prepare the rice and in a frying pan I put half a tablespoon of butter and fried the seasonings and then I put two cups of rice and began to toast then I added 2 cups of water, salt to taste, covered it and put it over low heat.

    In another pan I heated the oil and fried the fish while on the other side I prepared the rooster salad by dicing the onion and tomato, then I added vinegar, salt, sugar, homemade mayonnaise to taste and began to stir it.
    Assemble my plate and eat😊😊😊
    For me it's a very easy and quick meal to make, and for people who love fish super delicious..
